Proper data organization and large storage capacity are key to meeting the demands of our diverse clientele. Since 2002, Wildlife Infometrics personnel has collected, integrated and structured thematic inventory and ecological spatial information collated from multiple sources (e.g., remotely sensed, classified landcover, and specialized types such as LiDAR) for study areas ranging in size from a few hectares to over 12 million hectares.
The data management procedures we have developed to handle this volume and diversity of data types provide a solid base from which to conduct a wide range of analyses. Our staff is experienced in designing and applying integrated, quantitative, resource-based analyses to spatial data using a wide range of analytical and spatial modelling tools including SAS, STATA, and several packages in R.
